My yoga practice is based primarily on ashtanga vinyasa yoga, yoga is a dynamic built on the interplay of movement and breath. Vinyasa flow yoga lesson, which I lead, are dynamic, ashtanga yoga inspired alongside other dynamic styles of yoga. In addition to the interplay of movement and breath devote attention also to the development of individual positions (asanas) and training to stay in them. In accordance with the concept of flow yoga, especially through their shake to the rhythm of breath.
Yoga, I had the opportunity to study with various teachers and teachers in the Czech Republic, and so far nejsoustavněji with Lenka Cyrus influenced me but other teachers as Laura Kratochvilova, Dalibor Štědroňský and Andrea Smékalová. In the last year I attend courses in Yoga Therapy Königová Lucia, where we turn attention to the deeper implications of yoga practice. Regularly participate in workshops with foreign teachers (eg, Danny Paradise, Boris Georgiev, Diane Long, Kamal Singh). February this year I spent in Mysore in India, where I practiced ashtanga vinyasa yoga (with Ajay Kumar in Sthalam8) and záklonové position (in the Vinaya Kumar Pranavashya Institute), I devoted a study of breathing techniques (pranayama) and yoga philosophy.

Path to Iyengar yoga.
First steps to yoga as such, were uncertain, and many of them completely wrong. I was looking for the right teacher and style of yoga that would suit me. Critically I was watching the way people work with teachers, many teachers had been able to work only with their body, but not with the people in the hall. Universal access in practice neglect the individual needs of people missing correction of the instructors and people hurt, at best, have consolidated their unhealthy exercise habits. The head of the accumulated questions and answers were vague, or they reflect the ignorance of instructors in the basic issues. After the first hour, IY, I knew this was it. I was thrilled, it all made sense, I liked the clarity and comprehensiveness of the concept.
Iyengar Yoga Master to speak as a scientific and artistic study of mental and physical features of man. The true meaning of these words, however, was for me to grasp until long after the theoretical and practical study of yoga. Initially I had considered one of the "Body Mind" techniques, which not only helps us to work with the body while the mind. Over time, however, showed that its influence goes beyond yoga lessons into everyday life. Period yoga breaks replaced by a period of frequent exercise. Eventually I found a way to devote their Joze way (physical, emotional and ethical level) each day.
Two years ago I had the support of his teacher (H. Kubrychtové Bártová) decided to start a three-year course of Iyengar yoga teachers training-Introductory I and II in Amstrdamu also got space for learning. In his hours of Iyengar yoga, I now have the opportunity to combine a love of yoga, a passion for working with people and knowledge about the human body from studies of physiotherapy.

Pilates led me to my love of dance. I started dancing Latin America and the standards and continued to show dance and disco dance in a dance group, the Freedom of Usti nad Labem and Rou-Rou Usti nad Labem. From 2003 to 2005 I worked as a Pilates trainer club in Regen Usti nad Labem. After his arrival in Prague, I learned salsa by Ruben Peguera Andrejka and Panayi, Jazz Dance at Martin Pirna and Musical Dance with Thomas Kuťák.
In 2006 I graduated from an accredited Pilates instructor at Renata Sabongui, and since then he has been a professional. I love Pilates, and even with great Renatčinu human approach, and I`ve left it with joy of his miraculous effects on latitudes. Since then, what I practice Pilates, I feel more healthier, more vital, happier with herself, ceased to hurt me back, I learned to listen better to the needs of your body and soul, finally, to breathe, and stop worrying about your weight, perfect figure and irrelevant things. I find Pilates to be one of the great miracles of caring for our health and our bodies are the true temple of our soul which does wonders in a short time by the least exertion, and yet so happy.

I am a certified Pilates instructor methods for children and youth. The course I attended at Erika Floriánová.
Pilates for the lesson I`ve popped more from spinning. I am very surprised that I have a "slow" workout like that. In the end, but I so fascinated that I started for nine days in Moravia at the tutors` course. I chose it for its complexity. I am also very pleased when I exercise after parents said that I finally began to walk straight:)

Yoga I became interested in it in college when I worked out individually under the then available literature. In 1987 I began training in gymnastics yoga fitness Section, inter alia, under the guidance of yoga legend in Prague - Mgr. Jan Cuper. "Inevitable" for me was the early nineties with the introduction iyengarovskou yoga presented by another legend - Ing. Jagelky Leonard, a pioneer iengarovské yoga with us. I was fascinated by the sophisticated methodology of yoga schools and the vast breadth of use of various tools and helping the previously unknown individual of teachers. At each hour, was fulfilled statement BKS Iyengar: "The body is my temple and asanas (yoga positions) are my prayers." Then I was late nineties under the leadership of Dr. Jagelky passed cvičitelské third test and early second class.
Because yoga is a lively affair and life-long path to perfection, that no one should be too pleased with the accomplishments, lessons continue to visit his mentor. Because, says Godfrey Devereux, author of the excellent yoga books, "no teacher can not everything and every teacher knows something" very valuable to me were the foreign trainers workshops with European powers, especially Gabrielle Giubilaro, Michael Forbes, and Leszek Mioduchowského. From Leszek trying to learn his methodicalness, Michael`s sense of humor and Gabriella from her ability and courage to put even more difficult elements. Always remember her saying: "Yes, it`s difficult, but when you try, you do not learn it again!" In addition to these meetings with živých iyengarovské yoga I was very influenced by the study authors of books such as the above-mentioned Godfrey Devereux, Donna Farhi, Richard Rosen and others

Power yoga instructor
Simona Matouskova
Power yoga instructor (certified Power Yoga Academy). Tends to dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga-inspired Yogo. Lessons in my view, rather than focusing on the amount and variety of asanas performed in their proper execution and in particular yogic breathing and maintaining focus on the present moment. Yoga is my way of life, and orientation.
Practice, each according to their current options. My motto says Sarath Rangaswamy (ashtangajógy champion): "Anyone can exercise. A young person can exercise. The old man can practice. A person who has power, can exercise. Only lazy people, you can not practice. "
I will try to over clock Common sweated, but also indulged in relaxation for body and mind.
Richard Zoubek
My lessons consist of a preparatory introductory part, which gradually turns repetitive and yoga positions, allowing practitioners manage position and gradually improve their implementation. After the preparatory part follows the main part, which is carried out in-depth training positions, including a more detailed explanation of the design. Transitions between the different positions are smooth, the entire lesson is conducted so as to complement each previous position. Sometimes the transition between the positions of selected vynyásy. The lessons are also included and explained in more detail the position, which is particularly appropriate to carry out regularly. At the end of the exercise is then carried out simple exercises and breathing techniques are included at the end of relaxation. Trying to conceive lessons as a friendly gathering where everyone can enrich each other in their yoga practice, or maybe just a nice exercise to lose and gain energy. The best feeling for me is when people drop out of hours full of energy and positive attitude.

I live with yoga for four years and each new experience I feel that my strength will accompany her all my life. It brings us vitality, inner peace, health, vitality, love and happiness because I feel like my pleasant duty to submit yoga as a beautiful gift to all its clients. Yoga led me to the second pregnancy, where I learned yoga lessons gravid amazing Olinka Tajovsky, which I subsequently met with power yoga, which I literally fell to its momentum and began to give her intensely. In December 2010 I became an accredited instructor-led power yoga Krejcik Vaclav, Ladislav Pokorny and Katarina Mikulandové. My most recent experience is a visit to some great lessons in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga on Ko Samui.

With yoga I first met four years ago and it was love at "first breath"
I originally sought compensation exercise to jogging and I also wanted to learn to breathe properly. I found that there is a lot more. Yoga has brought into my life harmony in all directions.
I was so excited that I decided to become a yoga instructor power (Power Yoga Academy certificate) and submit the panacea for body, soul and mind to other people.
"There is only one life fiasco and that is the inability to dare."
This is my new life motto and thanks to him I decided to leave after 15 years, a warm place in the accounting department and engage in yoga and alternative healing.

With yoga, I met ten years ago, when I was very helpful during pregnancy. The encounter became a long-term relationship and over time more and more I see how I`m good with it. Yoga is a way for me, which I still have to discover what to learn. Still learning humility, respect, openness to change. Because "barriers exist only in our minds," this awareness has helped me break away from the profession, which I did not enjoy and find your way closer to my heart. The change from working with numbers to work with people was very Sighs. I work with clients in a psychosocial center and try to to help them get out of difficult situations in life. Yoga also helps you find here, lost balance, mental and physical.
At the beginning of my yoga journey for me was closer hatha yoga, over time I discovered that even the dynamic form of Vinyasa Yoga for me has its charm and meaning. And so I became a Hatha Yoga instructor in the international educational program FISAF and specialized graduate course Vinyasa Yoga. I look forward to what else to discover the path of yoga.
Motto: "Go your own way at their own pace. You`re rich everything you have in yourself and find everything you still sure you will find.
Mgr. Ladislav Kleger
My interest in nature led me to study environmental protection at the Faculty of Science University. After graduation I worked in organic Arnika and later in a company engaged in the evaluation of the impacts on the environment. Besides, I spent two years abroad, learning about other cultures, customs and themselves. My first contact with yoga held in New Zealand. The interest in yoga led me later to India, where I her yoga studio in Rishikesh spent more than a month. I graduated from a six-week course also a certified Hatha Yoga in the center of the Kaivalyadhama Lónavle course and Iyengar Yoga Iyengar Yoga in the Himalayan Centre in Dharamsala
Miroslav Tesařík
My first encounter with yoga was around 1976 when I was enchanted yoginis "Cleopatra" on the front page of the publication of Hatha Yoga and then the cobra position they occupied.
I started yoga practice as a self-taught, my main sport activity at the time was basketball, and after many periods of higher and lower intensity exercises are still independent in 1993 I began attending courses in Yoga in Daily Life. Attending several courses this school I was very enriching, especially in terms of working with breath, unconscious and in interaction with other adepts of yoga, but also led me to realize that after all my personality tends towards a more "physical" exercise. Later I met with puppy Horáčková, yoga instructor from Boskovic, who first encouraged me to think that I could even lead yoga. the turn in my encounter with yoga was a meeting with the system of yoga exercise, yoga master Damjan that interested me their civilnost, physical demands and unpretentious atmosphere (and yet with a spiritual dimension). When I returned to the Czech Republic, I was looking physically demanding exercise, where there are other aspects of yoga practice, but where it does not emphasize the cult guru, I finally found the exercises according to Iyengar, which is practiced in Prague a number of yoga personalities and good people. Most Raková thank Milada, who is my first Iyengar Yoga teacher and a model of modesty and human access, and Young Kurkova, Marcela Mikešová, each of which has enriched me in very specific ways, according to Iyengar yoga exercises.
I am grateful for the valuable inspiration and Rita Keller, Helen Kubrychtové Bartova and fyzioterapeutce Lenka Kazmarové.
In 2010, I reached for my yoga journey the next level that I got permission cvičitelské III. grade school in Caracal Frýdek-led by Zdenek Šebesta and Lenka Kovalová which teachers and other school I owe to deepen the foundations of yoga and yoga practice, look at again from a different angle.
I consider yoga path. One of the ways. Each path is a source of knowledge for me.
Ladka Rosíková
I graduated from University of Economics in Prague, but the movement and I enjoy sports since childhood. Free movement fills me and helps me relax your mind. The power Joze I got around 2003 and I found that helps me relax stiff muscles, preventing pain in the body and improves mood. Last time I watch the influence of power yoga to clean energy travels - chakras - the body. I graduated from a course instructor Power Yoga Mind Body Spirit Academy.
Why I practice power yoga? Because power yoga
- Stretches and strengthens muscles (including those which do not even know you have them)
- Relaxes the mind
- Total body cleanses
- Improves mood
- Cleans the chakras
- Internal organs and blood circulation improves their function
- Compensates for muscle imbalance
- Strengthens the deep stabilizing system in the body, ie. has a positive impact on the overall posture and thus prevents muscle and joint pain
