Studio Balbínova

Yoga&joga studio Balbínova is situated in Prague near to Vinohradská street. In calm and quiet surroundings of basement there is a small reception, two changing rooms, two showers and toilettes, hall for 25 people with high ceiling, roof spans and floating floor.
Our studio offer various styles of yoga (dynamic yoga, iyengar yoga, hatha yoga, power yoga, vinyasa flow yoga, yoga for children, pranayama, morning and lunch yoga). It is fully equipped with props (mats, blocks, belts, bolsters, chairs, blankets etc.)

Full morning and afternoon schedule seven days a week includes open classes, private classes for one, two clients or small groups. These individual classes are suitable for everybody with special requests or health problems.
Beside regular classes we also hold workshops, local and foreign stays with yoga.

In small yoga shop you can buy yoga props, special anti-slipping mats JADE, yoga clothes BE PRESENT, yogi teas and ayurvedic products.
