Hatha yoga
Hatha Yoga means HA - sun energie, positive principle Tha - moon energy, negative principal.
The goal of Hatha yoga is harmonically
functioning physical body and correct flow of vital energy in it and
also stable and calm, more perceivable mind. It teaches us, on the
physical level, how to listen to our body, understand it and be gentle
to it. Thanks to yoga our body becomes more immune, stronger and
flexible. It teaches us to work with breathing, arouse and correlate
body energies. Those who are able to handle his or her physical body,
controls his or her breath will be able to také control over the
central nervous system and thoughts. To be able to breath correctly is
crucial. Breathing is connected to vital energie flowing through us and
our thoughts. To make our mind more perceivable and stable we have to
make it calm first. Every person is able to find that one thing in
hatha joga that is most important to him or her at the moment. Work on
what needs it most now - your physical body, your breath, your mind or
unite it all together.
