Pregnacy yoga
Exercise form for pregnant women, beginners and for those who want to become pregnant. Starting at the initial conception, helps pregnant woman to create an environment where fetus is developed. Child shares all mothers condition she is experiencing from the first moments and this will eventually influence him or her for rest of thier life.
Body
has been given to us as a gift and we should try to keep it in the best
condition and shape possible. And now we are put at assignemtn most
important. We are responsible not only for our own being but existence
of a new being and we are responsible on both physical and mental
level. During pregnacy fetus breathes through mothers lungs. That is
why learning to breath with full yoga breaths can increase capacity of
lungs and heart. At the same time we strengthen the immunity systém and
relax our nervous systém. Pregnacy yoga is not miraculous cure but it
is over the years proven way to keep physical and mental health during
pregnacy. However it is work on yourself with conscious attention to
new human being growing inside. It is known that during pregnacy yoga
is a true gift because heart and mind are open to new experience and
spiritual growth. Only when both of you, you and your child, have
overall well-being, than life can be an enjoyment. If you are at the
moment pregnant, allow yourself overall health, live your pregnacy with
happiness and satisfaction and that will lead to great, succesfull
birth and immediate enjoyment of your newborn.
